We assess your eligibility and connect you with trusted installers working under the Government's Warm Homes and Energy Grant Scheme. Our mission is to help you reduce your energy bills, improve your home's efficiency, and keep you warmer for a better quality of life.
One of the simplest and most cost-effective ways to make a home more energy-efficient is by improving insulation. Through government-backed schemes, homeowners can get support for loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation (both internal and external), underfloor insulation, and even room-in-roof insulation.
Outdated heating systems are one of the biggest sources of wasted energy. We help you to upgrade to modern, low-carbon alternatives like air source or ground source heat pumps, and high-efficiency condensing boilers. Smart heating controls, such as programmable thermostats or room-by-room zoning, can also be installed.
Solar panels allow you to generate your own electricity and cut energy costs dramatically over time. With the right setup, you can even store excess energy using a home battery and sell it back to the grid. Our energy management solutions are designed to help you save money and reduce your energy consumption.
Old or poorly fitted windows and doors can let heat escape and drive up energy bills. We support homeowners in upgrading to modern double or triple glazing, as well as fitting energy-efficient external doors. In some cases, secondary glazing can be used.
When homes are sealed up to improve energy efficiency, it’s just as important to ensure good ventilation. We can install mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery (MVHR) or simple extractor fans and vents to prevent damp, mould, and stale air.
Before any upgrades begin, we offer comprehensive energy assessments to identify the most impactful improvements for each home. This includes checking your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), assessing your current heating system, insulation levels, and windows. These assessments are often fully funded as part of grant schemes.
The best first step to unlock government funding for energy improvements is to book an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessment.
An EPC is a simple home survey that shows how energy-efficient your property is right now,
Is a UK-wide programme aimed at supporting low-income and vulnerable households. It funds energy efficiency improvements such as insulation, upgraded heating systems like heat pumps and efficient boilers, and even solar panels. Eligibility is typically based on receipt of means-tested benefits such as Universal Credit, but there is also a route called ECO Flex that allows councils to refer households based on other criteria like health conditions, low income, or being off the gas grid. ECO4 is delivered by energy suppliers who work with registered installers and is currently set to run until March 2026.
Targets households with low energy efficiency ratings, especially those in Council Tax bands A to D in England, and A to E in Wales and Scotland. It offers free or low-cost insulation measures such as loft and cavity wall insulation. While it prioritises low-income households, it also supports middle-income homes within the eligible tax bands and EPC bands D to G. Like ECO4, it is administered by energy companies.
Focuses on homes not connected to the gas grid. It supports whole-house retrofits including insulation, renewable heating systems, and solar technologies for low-income households. While this isn’t available in Wales, homeowners there benefit from other targeted schemes.
It offers free energy efficiency improvements to low-income households or those with health conditions made worse by cold homes. Measures include insulation, new boilers, and heating controls. Eligibility is usually based on receiving certain benefits or being at risk of fuel poverty. Nest is managed by British Gas and is a well-established and widely used scheme.
Available in both England and Wales and supports the transition to low-carbon heating. It offers grants of up to £7,500 towards the cost of installing an air or ground source heat pump. Homeowners must have a valid EPC and ensure insulation is up to standard before the upgrade. Applications are handled by the installer, making it easier for homeowners to access the funding.
